We are a small Camera Club based in Pukekohe, New Zealand. We have a membership of around 40+ members with skills ranging from novice to pro. The club runs monthly in-house, externally judged competitions and regular workshops where the aim is to utilize the various skills we have with-in the club. At the end of each year we run a Salon competition that includes the best work from all members for the year. There are also regular outings that are organized by club members. Anyone with an interest in photography at any level is welcome to come along and see what we do. You are able to join the club at anytime during the year. Our financial year runs from the 1st of August to the 31st of July. Once you join you will be given a club number which allows you to enter into our competitions.
We meet the first Monday of every month February through to December for club competitions and every third Monday for workshops. Meetings start 7:30pm at the Franklin Arts Centre, Cnr Wesley & Edinburgh Streets, Pukekohe. Parking is at the rear and entry is through the rear double doors and then upstairs. If you are interested in coming along you can contact one of the committee members for advice or just turn up.

There are two sections you can enter your images into, print and digital. With-in each section, you have a choice of a set or open subject. You may only enter a total of four images per night in either or both sections. Only financial club members are eligible to enter. The top image from each section receives an extra 5 points. Prizes are awarded for all top images on the night and are supplied by our sponsor. Then an overall winner is chosen from the top image of both sections to explain how the shot was taken.
